The
residents should inform the management of the home if they are going out
of the home for more than 3 consecutive hours.

Wearing jewelleries made of precious metals and stones, having valuables
including huge sum of money, documents, etc., are strictly prohibited
inside the premises of the home. Trespassing this rule is subject to the
risk of the residents and their guardians. In no ways the management of
the home will be responsible for missing valuables.

Any
sort of payment made by the resident to the workers or residents for
services rendered, without the knowledge of the management is strictly not
permitted.

Home
will not be responsible for the prevailing health condition of the
residents. The management of the home shall do only the first aid and take
essential actions as per the advice of the guardian in case of medical
emergency.

In
case of medical emergency, if the inmate falls sick, we shall definitely
admit them in nearby hospital and inform the local guardian. Discharging
the resident from the nearby hospital and admitting them in a hospital of
their choice or continuing in the same hospital where we have admitted the
inmate is left to the discretion of the nominee of the resident. Avoiding
admission in hospital and treating in home itself during medical emergency
is not possible since it is only a senior citizens home and not a nursing
home or hospital.

Medical deposit of Rs.10000 should be paid per person while at the time of
joining which will be used in case of medical emergencies. If it has not
been used at all during the stay of the resident it will be refunded while
checking out. Unpaid medical bills shall be deducted from this amount
while checking out and rest will be handed over to the resident or their
guardian while checking out by mode of cheque only.

Only
50% of the amount will be repaid in case of cancellation of advance
booking.

Monthly fees paid shall not be refunded at any cause.

Electricity, laundry charges, attendant fees, cable TV / DTH charges are
additional cost only in case of permanent stay in home.

Nothing will be refunded in case of death of the resident.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PERMANENT STAY IN HOME

Monthly fees should be paid every month well in advance between 1st
to 5th.

Security deposit paid shall be adjusted against monthly payment only in
case of two months’ notice given prior to checking out from the home. It
shall not be repaid in monetary terms in any case such as sudden decision
taken to check out without giving proper notice OR death of the resident.

Failure of monthly fees payment for two consecutive months will lead to
deduction of security deposit and thereby the resident failed to pay the
fees will be left with their respective local guardian.

One
time maintenance fees paid by the resident is not refundable at any cause
by the management of the home [including death of the resident.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR: TRIAL, TEMPORARY, SHORT STAY & GUEST
ACCOMMODATION

Trial, temporary, short stay and guest accommodation is only subject to
availability of accommodation in the home.

Payment of fees, medical deposit and attendant fees [if any] for the
entire period of stay should be made well in advance at the time of
admission itself irrespective of the period of stay in the home.

Security deposit and one time maintenance fee is not required in case of
trial, temporary, short stay and guest accommodation in the home.
-
Fees
paid for stay covers charges towards food & accommodation, laundry,
housekeeping, EB, twice a month medical check-up, repairs & maintenance.

Payment of fees shall be in terms of cash only.

Extension of stay in home, if at all necessary, should be requested to the
management at least one month [30 days] before termination of period of
stay. Extending in the same accommodation or shifting to another
equivalent accommodation is left with the discretion of the management.
Continuation of stay even after prior requisition is subject to
availability of accommodation.

Trial stay
shall be maximum one month or thirty consecutive days.
-
Temporary stay
shall be minimum of thirty days to the maximum of six
consecutive months.

Short stay
shall be any number of days less than thirty days.
-
Guest accommodation
in sharing basis along with their relative who is a permanent
resident in our home shall be for any number of days as long as their
relative stays in our home. Guest accommodation is subject to permission
from the management of the home. Guest shall not be entertained inside the
room without permission from the management.
Separate accommodation for guests
is only subject to availability of accommodation and permission from
management. |
